For years, my wife has been after me to wear some emergency identification when I run. She presented me with several alternatives along the way.
I tried gadgets that strapped to running shoe laces and bulky ID holding devices that wrapped around my arm, but nothing was comfortable enough to be satisfactory – so I didn’t run with any ID until the E.L.M. Athletic ID wristband came along.
The E.L.M. is a great idea. It’s essential ID information that fits in a pouch on a small wrist band. I have 2 of them that I alternate. I actually wear mine on the same arm as my running watch. Finally my wife is not “on my case” anymore!
